1/3 cup butter melted
1 cup dark brown sugar packed
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecans chopped
Melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat & add sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla & pecans.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray tiny muffin tins with Bakers Joy and fill with batter 3/4 full.
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from pan while hot.
Notes: Makes 2 dozen tiny muffins
Serving Ideas: Serve warm or cold.
